30 DAY RETURN POLICY: You may return any item (except Special Orders and Mother's Rings) within 30 days of receiving your purchase provided you notify us of your intentions to do so within 10 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original packing and display a return authorization number on the outside of the package (see below).
MOTHERS RINGS are non-returndable except in the case of defect. Mother's Rings can be re-sized--see below for ring sizing. Our mother's rings are 100% SATISFACTION GAURANTEED with regard to craftsmanship and gem quality. These are one-of-a -kind items and cannot be returned. Please order carefully and feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
Special Orders/Custom Orders are non-returnable except for defect. In case of defect the item will be exchanged for replacement only. Special Orders cannot be canceled after 24hrs beyond order placement. This includes items that are engraved. or have a 'custom' laser inscription. Custom set diamonds are covered under our Diamond Guarantee.
RING SIZING: We will size the ring the first time FREE of charge. If the size is not correct you can return it to us and we will size it and return it to you for $10.00 for shipping and handling. If you are not sure of the size before ordering, go to-- Determine your ring size. All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER or a REPAIR authorization number.
